These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of HVAC-Buddy (the “Service”), including its calculator tools, reference pages, and any related websites or applications.
1) Acceptance of terms tap

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
3) Calculator outputs are guidance only tap
The Service provides estimates, guidance, and reference information. Outputs may depend on the accuracy of your inputs, measurement setup, operating conditions, and the assumptions described on each page.
You are responsible for verifying results and following manufacturer (OEM) procedures, local codes, and safe work practices.
4) Safety and professional responsibility tap
HVAC work can be dangerous. Do not rely on a single calculation to make decisions that could result in injury, property damage, or code violations.
- Always follow OEM procedures and verified field instrumentation practices.
- Verify airflow, load conditions, equipment configuration, and measurement placement.
- Use qualified professional judgment where required.
5) Accounts (planned) and data storage tap
Account functionality (sign-in, saved history, team workspaces) may be introduced in later versions. When available, additional terms may apply to account usage and billing.
Until server-side persistence is enabled, some settings or draft data may be stored locally in your browser.
6) Prohibited use tap
You agree not to:
- misuse the Service or interfere with its operation,
- attempt to access or probe restricted areas without authorization,
- use the Service in a manner that violates laws, codes, or regulations.
7) Intellectual property tap
The Service and its content, features, and design are owned by HVAC-Buddy and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
